As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by managing patient appointments and coordinating schedules.

Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers - Manage and update the appointment calendar using electronic scheduling systems - Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions - Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or issues - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality - Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow - Provide general administrative support to the dental office Requirements:
