Positions. Tutors selected will have consistent opportunities throughout the School year, Summer and Next School
Year.
All tutors travel to the student's school's after school programs, homes, libraries or other locations as necessary.

Join us for an opportunity to work with our professional tutoring company! If you are a dynamic individual who is dedicated, professional, creative, responsible and have a true passion for helping children; this is the opportunity for you!
We are currently hiring tutors, who will work with students from K-12 at their homes, libraries and after school programs. All subject areas are addressed including test prep and student's with Special Needs.
Tutors do choose the grade levels, subject areas and areas within the counties they prefer!! You also choose the amount of hours you prefer to work every week.
PLEASE NOTE: WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR RESUME, IN ORDER TO PRE-SCREEN.
VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION NOR ASSIGN YOU ANY STUDENTS WITHOUT A BACKGROUND CLEARANCE. YOU MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
Our Hiring Coordinator will call you to conduct a pre-screening and assist you during the hiring process.
The following are the minimum requirements to join our team:
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Education or Related Field
Prior Tutoring and/or classroom teaching experience
All University level students from all degree seeking programs are welcome!
Paraprofessionals welcomed
Must be Fluent in English
Outstanding Communication, Organization and Time Management Skills
Reliable Transportation
Flexible with days and times for tutoring
Must be a team player
Ability to meet strict deadlines for required documentation
Agree to attend training sessions as needed
Submit to a background check OR have current proof of a background clearance at time of interview.

You MUST bring the following information with you to the interview:
Copy of your most recent resume with at least 3 references
Copies of all credentials (or unofficial transcripts)
Driver's license.
Copy of your background clearance
Copy of your Social Security Card or other documentation, which shows clearance to legally work in the U.S.
You will be hired as a 1099 sub-contractor and paid on a monthly basis, strict criteria must be met
All tutors selected will have the opportunity for immediate and long-term tutoring assignments.
The salary range is between $13-$25/hr depending on credentials, assignments and group sizes (Special Assignment compensation TBA at time of hire). PLEASE NOTE: rates do vary.
NOTE: Teachers rate is $15/hr. Group tutoring assignments increase rate.
ASSIGNMENTS BEGIN IMMEDIATELY AND CONTINUE YEAR ROUND!
YOU MUST COMMIT FOR THE COMPLETE DURATION OF ASSIGNMENTS

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
